1. Agreement & Documentation

Once you approve the quote, our team will issue the formal contract. You’ll be asked to provide a copy of your recent electricity bill and basic property details.

2. Order Confirmation

Upon processing, you'll receive a confirmation email titled "WE ARE HERE" — letting you know your solar journey has officially begun.

3. Grid Connection Application

Our administration team immediately applies for grid connection approval with your energy distributor. This is a crucial compliance step required before installation.

4. Grid Approval Granted

As soon as approval is received, we notify you via email. This document confirms your system is cleared for connection to the electricity network.

5. Installation Booking Call

Our Projects Team will contact you to schedule your installation at a convenient time. We'll also verify roof access and any site-specific requirements.

6. Installation Confirmation Email

Once booked, our Operations Team sends a detailed confirmation email, including the installation date, team details, and any prep instructions for you.

7. System Installation

Our technicians — trained in solar PV and battery systems — arrive onsite and complete the installation in accordance with SAA standards and manufacturer guidelines. Safety checks, system testing, and final commissioning are all completed before we leave.

8. Final Documentation + Invoice

Post-install, our Accounts Team issues a final invoice along with:

Compliance certificate (e.g., CCEW or CES)
Owner's manual & product warranties
Grid approval confirmation
Monitoring setup info (if applicable)

9. Payment & Receipt

Once payment is received, we issue a formal remittance for your records.

10. Net Metering Submission

We lodge the net meter application with your electricity retailer to enable solar feed-in credits. We'll notify you when this process is complete.
